Hey all you cool cats and kittens out there. I hope you’re well. I’m doing quite good on this calm Sunday morning. Got my coffee. Got my weed. Got my music. Gonna get some writing done in just a few, but I wanted to make a post here first.
Yesterday, I attended a virtual writer’s conference for two and a half hours (would’ve been four but I got home later than expected). Anyway, this conference severely inspired me to “finish the thing”. I’ve got several projects in various stages of development (or post-production) and I just couldn’t seem to settle down and focus on a single project long enough to see it through to completion. Well, I’m finally heeding the advice of James Gunn (“finish what you start”) and Russell Nohelty (“finish the thing!”) and completing a book I’ve been working on for a few months now. I decided to start this blog to carry you all along with me on this journey to completion.
It’s also World Mental Health Day and as someone who struggles with depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, and agoraphobia, mental health is an incredibly important topic to me. I’ll also be exploring my own journey to better health in this blog and I invite you to follow along. My experiences may be similar to your experiences or at the very least, I hope they can be entertaining to read about.
Okay, that’s all I’ve got for today. See ya around, kids! Peace and love.
